  1. First

    We check the requirement against data that already exists and has been reviewed for provenance, rights, consent, metadata, quality control and intended-use fit.

  2. Then

    Where suitable data may exist outside anything NaraDatum has reviewed, we run managed sourcing and review what comes back.

  3. Only if needed

    Custom collection is available for funded requirements when suitable existing data does not meet the brief.

Submitting this form starts a review. It is not an order, a quote, a booking, or a commitment on either side, and it does not confirm that data matching your brief exists or is available.

Speaker structure (optional)

One-speaker and two-speaker audio are the current NaraDatum speech focus. Three-or-more-speaker requirements are assessed against the deployment need before anything is scoped.

What happens next: NaraDatum checks suitable existing supply first, uses managed sourcing where needed, and scopes buyer-funded custom collection only when existing data cannot meet the requirement. Submitting the form confirms receipt of a requirement for review. It does not confirm availability, price, timing or a commercial commitment.
